End-User License Agreement
Cove Backup Billing Manager
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Third Helix Technology Inc. ("Company") for the use of the Cove Backup Billing Manager software application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for the internal business operations of Third Helix Technology Inc. This Application is not intended for distribution to or use by the general public.
3. Restrictions
You may not:

Distribute, sublicense, or make the Application available to third parties outside of the Company

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except as permitted by applicable law

Use the Application for any purpose other than the Company's internal billing operations

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
4. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online and N-Able Cove Backup. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
5. Data Handling
The Application processes business data including customer names, billing amounts, and backup usage statistics. This data is used solely for generating invoices and is transmitted only to QuickBooks Online via their authorized API for the purpose of invoice creation. No data is sold, shared with, or disclosed to any other third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application, including but not limited to errors in invoice generation or data transmission.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy
Cove Backup Billing Manager
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Third Helix Technology Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") handles data in connection with the Cove Backup Billing Manager application ("Application"). The Application is an internal business tool used solely by the Company to automate invoice creation for managed backup services.
2. Application Purpose
The Application retrieves backup usage data from N-Able Cove Backup and creates invoices in Intuit QuickBooks Online. It is not a consumer-facing application and is used exclusively for the Company's internal billing operations.
3. Data We Collect and Process
The Application processes the following categories of business data:

4. How We Use Data
All data processed by the Application is used exclusively to:

Retrieve backup usage statistics for the Company's managed service customers

Calculate billing amounts based on configured pricing

Create invoices in the Company's QuickBooks Online account

Generate billing reports for the Company's internal review
5. Data Storage
The Application stores data locally on the Company's computers in configuration files and CSV exports. Specifically:

Configuration files — Customer name mappings, pricing rules, and API credentials are stored in local YAML files

Invoice exports — Generated invoices may be saved as CSV files locally

OAuth tokens — QuickBooks access and refresh tokens are stored in the local configuration file
No data is stored on external servers, cloud databases, or any infrastructure beyond the Company's own computers and the authorized third-party services (QuickBooks Online and N-Able Cove).
6. Data Sharing
The Application transmits data only to the following authorized third-party services:

Intuit QuickBooks Online — Invoice data (customer names, line item descriptions, quantities, amounts) is sent via the QuickBooks Online API to create invoices in the Company's QuickBooks account

N-Able Cove Backup — The Application authenticates with and retrieves data from the Cove Backup API
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any data to any other third parties.
7. Data Retention
Local data files (configuration, exports, reports) are retained on the Company's computers for as long as needed for business operations. Data transmitted to QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's data retention policies.
8. Security
The Application uses the following security measures:

OAuth 2.0 for QuickBooks Online authentication (industry standard)

API credentials stored in local configuration files with access limited to authorized Company personnel

Sensitive configuration files excluded from version control via .gitignore

All API communication occurs over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
9. No Consumer Data
The Application does not collect, process, or store any personal information from consumers or the general public. All data pertains to business-to-business relationships between the Company and its managed service customers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
